seqbd Terms & Conditions

2.1 — Age & Eligibility

To open an account and play on the seqbd platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You are not registering from Bangladesh or any country where such activity is prohibited by law.
• You are not on any government sanctions list.

2.2 — One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account on the seqbd platform. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 — Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account verification being cancelled and funds being held. Please notify seqbd immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for all payment methods).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

seqbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 receives a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• A deposit of ৳18,000 receives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000, regardless of how large the deposit is.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. The deposited amount (excluding the bonus) may be withdrawn at any time, though doing so may result in the associated bonus being cancelled.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse Prohibited

seqbd maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

4.4 — Bonus Expiry

Bonus offers have a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled. The specific expiry period for each offer will be stated on the offer page.

5.1 — VIP Tiers & Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 — VIP Tier Changes

VIP tier upgrades or downgrades depend on your overall gaming activity. seqbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP program terms at any time. Notice of changes will be sent to your account or by email.

5.3 — Cashback Payment

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account within a set timeframe. Cashback may carry its own wagering requirements, which will be specified in the relevant offer details.

6.1 — Technical Abuse

• Using software bots, automation tools, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy.

6.2 — Financial Abuse

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Chargeback fraud or initiating false payment disputes.
• Transacting under a false identity or using another person's payment method.
• Bonus hunting or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.

6.3 — Social Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Spreading false information or posting harmful content on the platform.
• Stealing or misusing another player's account information.

7.1 — Collection of Personal Information

seqbd collects the personal information necessary for account registration, transaction processing, and platform improvement. We never collect unnecessary information and do not sell your data to third parties.

7.2 — Data Protection Measures

seqbd may immediately suspend or close any account in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or other misuse. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

9.3 — Notice of Changes to Terms

seqbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent to your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
